This Woodbury home was built by our Gonyea Custom Homesin 2017. Our clients who own the home wanted to create additional recreation and entertainment spaces for their family of 5. The Gonyea team worked with them to create a plan for a sportcourt addition in the lower level, which expanded the upper level to allow room for a new mudroom and office above.
A lower level bedroom was converted and remodeled into a lounge that holds the entrance to the sportcourt. The new sporcourt features a custom T.V. niche, a regulation 3-point line, and a second adjustable hoop that will be perfect for their growing kids. Explore all the new remodeled spaces below!
