During our stress-free process, we will listen to your needs, create a plan to improve the flow and function of your home, and transform your space into a home that truly fits your unique family. Our process ensures an exceptional renovation experience as we guide you through each of the following stages:
Stage One (Design and Bracket Pricing)
Together, we will arrive at the best overall design and scope developed with you, and selected by you. In addition, Bracket Pricing (an estimated range) that is based on your Design and Scope will be provided. This gives our clients everything needed to begin their journey with a firm understanding of what is possible, along with level of investment.
Stage Two (Guaranteed Pricing)
Stage Two is focused solely on determining your project cost (pre-selections). A complete project pricing package is created, and your team works through the details necessary to calculate your Guaranteed Pricing. At this point, our clients can sign-off on their Construction Contract and move on to the next phase.
Stage Three (Selections and Pre-Construction)
Stage Three brings you to the last level of detail – finishes. You will work with your dedicated Interior Designer to confirm all selections included in your project while the entire team works in the background to prepare your project for the start of construction. At the close of this phase, our clients have gone through the exciting details of their project and are ready to begin their build phase.
It’s our job to minimize the stress and maximize the fun of a major transformation. With our unique holistic approach to home renovation, we balance four key components throughout our whole stress-free remodeling process: design, feasibility, function, and investment. The design aspect allows us to determine which features needs to change in your home while formulating a creative solution plan. The feasibility component helps us determine and prioritize changes that need to be addressed and implemented before the next steps of your project. The function aspect helps us consider how your home works with your current lifestyle, while also planning for your family’s future. The final component allows us to make sure you get the most out of your new home, making sure your expectations of the project are in line with your financial investment.
