Our clients had the perfect location for their home on a beautiful country farm in Carver. Although the home was nestled among gorgeous trees and landscape, it didn’t provide the function or space the family needed.
The Gonyea Custom Homes team took the existing home down to the foundation and used the base to design a home that offered a unique layout with new functional spaces. The new design incorporates a large great room featuring a vaulted ceiling and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace surrounded by a distinctive mantel and tall built-ins. The great room opens to the large dining space with a nearby bar and the angled gourmet kitchen showcasing an oversized island. Overlooking the kitchen is an extra-large screen porch, perfect for relaxing or hosting family gatherings.
