Since buying their home 12 years ago, Jim and Kim always had an eye towards rebuilding. Although sitting on a beautiful plot of land near the lake, the home didn’t enhance the gorgeous lakeside views, and it lacked modern amenities and space for the family of five. With the help of the Gonyea Custom Homes team, Jim and Kim decided to completely remodel their home, taking the existing home down to the original foundation. Now, the family can enjoy staying within the community and schools they love, while also having enough space to live and entertain in their new home.
